COLE J. GERSTNER
COLE J. GERSTNER has been a Partner with the firm since 1994. He is a graduate of the Ohio Northern University (B.A., with high distinction, 1979), and the University of Toledo law school (J.D., 1982). He is a member of Phi Alpha Theta and Omicron Delta Kappa. He served as a Staff Attorney for the Hon. Ralph Cole, 3rd District Court of Appeals, 1982-1983, and as a Captain in the Judge Advocate General’s office, U.S. Air Force, 1983-1989. He was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1982 and in Colorado in 1989 and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. He is a member of the Muskingum County and Ohio State Bar Associations and is the 2009 President of the Muskingum County Bar Association. His major practice areas include General Practice, Social Security Disability, Criminal Law, Family Law, and Civil Litigation.
Cole was born in Lima, Ohio, and is married to Cheryl Gerstner. They have one daughter, Hannah.
